Silvio Berlusconi has hinted that AC Milan could make a bid for Manchester City striker Mario Balotelli in January.
The Italian club's owner is a well-known admirer of the 22-year-old, who has struggled to play regularly for City this season.
"Balotelli? He is not a dream," he told Sky Sport Italia on Tuesday.
Berlusconi's daughter Barbara, who is on the Milan board of directors, also indicated that an approach could be made for Balotelli next month.
"The transfer window only opens in January," she said.
Balotelli joined City from Inter Milan in 2010.
