Edinson Cavani's mother has revealed that the Napoli star is in talks with both Manchester City and Real Madrid over a possible transfer this summer.
The former Premier League champions have been heavily linked with a move for the Uruguay international striker, while league rivals Chelsea have also been touted as potential destinations.
"Edi is in talks with Manchester City and Real Madrid," Berta Gomez told a radio station in Montevideo, according to La Gazzetta dello Sport.
"The Napoli president (Aurelio De Laurentiis) talked about the possibility of negotiating with Chelsea, but at the moment there is nothing concrete. In 15 or 20 days we will know more and be able to say something."
Cavani's release clause at Napoli is said to be £53.9m.
