Manchester City chief scout Carlo Cancellieri has hinted that the Premier League champions are interested in signing Barcelona duo Sergio Busquets and Cesc Fabregas.
The midfielders were recently linked with a move to the Etihad Stadium, but City released a statement claiming that they are not "planning to make an offer" for the Spanish pair.
"We like Busquets and Fabregas a lot, but Barcelona don't want to give these two players," Cancellieri told Tuttomercatoweb.com.
Cancellieri also revealed City's interest in signing Atletico Madrid striker Radamel Falcao.
