Manchester City are reportedly monitoring the progress of Vasco da Gama prospect Paulinho.
The Sky Blues are considering tabling a bid for the highly-rated 17-year-old, but face competition for his signature, according to the Daily Mail.
Atletico Madrid and Paris Saint-Germain are also said to be keeping tabs on Paulinho, who plays as a striker.
Last week, the Brazil youth international was named player of the year in Brazil's Serie A, having scored three goals in 18 appearances for his club.
Atletico have reportedly had a bid of around £12m rejected by Vaso da Gama.
