Manchester City are believed to be interested in tabling a £50m offer for Leicester City centre-back Harry Maguire, as the club's search for a centre-back continues.
Maguire, who joined Leicester from Hull City last term for £17m, has been one of the standout players in Claude Puel's team in the Premier League this season.
City boss Pep Guardiola is a fan of the England international, and The Sun says that the 24-year-old is one of the club's top targets.
Guardiola submitted an offer for West Bromwich Albion defender Jonny Evans last summer, but Arsenal are allegedly the frontrunners for his signature.
According to the newspaper, Maguire is high on the list of alternative targets due to his availability to play in the Champions League, in which City face Basel in the last 16.
