Edin Dzeko has revealed that he is in talks over a potential contract extension at Manchester City.
The Bosnia-Herzegovina international striker has scored 66 goals in 148 appearances since moving to the Etihad Stadium from Wolfsburg for £27m in January 2011.
He enjoyed a more significant role in the Citizens side under Manuel Pellegrini last season, netting 26 times in all competition, and has suggested that he is happy to commit himself to the club long term.
He told the club's Twitter account: "I can only say that I am happy at City and at the moment we are talking about a new contract and we will see what happens, but the main thing is that I am happy at City."
Dzeko has won two Premier League titles, an FA Cup and a League Cup during his time at Eastlands.
