Manchester City goalkeeper Ederson is in line for a new deal with the Premier League champions, according to a report.
The 27-year-old has been Pep Guardiola's undisputed number one since making the switch from Benfica in 2017 and now has three Premier League winners' medals to his name.
Ederson comfortably scooped the Golden Glove award with 19 clean sheets from 36 Premier League games last season, while he also recorded seven shut-outs from 12 games in the Champions League.
The goalkeeper's existing deal at Man City does not expire until 2025, but The Athletic claims that the English champions want to tie him down for another three years until the end of the 2027-28 season.
The report adds that Ederson is expected to agree to fresh terms at the club, who are also planning to offer extensions to John Stones, Phil Foden and Raheem Sterling.
Ederson also kept three clean sheets in the Copa America and was given the nod for the final over Alisson Becker, but Brazil lost 1-0 to Argentina in the showpiece event. body check tags ::
