Ajax starlet Christian Eriksen has revealed that he has received no contact from Manchester City over a potential transfer.
The Danish playmaker is currently away with the national side preparing for Euro 2012 and is one of the hottest prospects in world football.
Eriksen is aware of the speculation surrounding his future but says that he has not heard anything from City or Russian moneybags Anzhi Makhachkala.
"I don't think much about the market rumours. I read in the papers that Manchester City and Anzhi are ready to spend millions on me. There is nothing concrete there," Eriksen told Jyllands Posten.
"Which league would I like to play in? One of the English, Spanish of Italian championships.
"I want to play for a club that plays to win championships. If they don't, I might as well stay here.
"There is no point moving to a club that is in the bottom half of their league. I'd prefer to remain at Ajax, grow here and win more championships."
Eriksen's Denmark are in Group B and will face Germany, Holland and Portugal at Euro 2012.
