Galatasaray are reportedly interested in signing Manchester City midfielder Ilkay Gundogan.
The Germany international has been a prominent figure in Pep Guardiola's side this season, registering two goals and two assists in 20 appearances.
Despite being Man City's club captain, Gundogan is yet to agree a new deal with the Premier League champions, with his current contract set to expire next summer.
As a result, the 32-year-old will be allowed to negotiate pre-contract agreements with foreign clubs from January, and a move to the Turkish Super Lig is being touted as a possibility.
According to the Manchester Evening News, Galatasaray are hoping to secure Gundogan's services if he leaves Man City at the end of the season.
The report claims that Gundogan is a fan of the Turkish giants, which could help them fight off interest from the likes of Barcelona, Juventus and Bayern Munich.
Since joining Man City in July 2016, Gundogan has scored 51 goals and provided 35 assists in 273 appearances for the club. body check tags ::
