Manchester City have reportedly received an offer from Zenit St Petersburg for Javi Garcia.
The Spain international joined the Premier League champions from Benfica in 2012, and has made 48 appearances for the club so far.
However, the Daily Mail reports that the Russian club have made a bid of around £13m for Garcia, although his current club want more for the midfielder.
Despite this, the report also claims that Garcia will pen a two-year contract with Zenit next week.
