Ilkay Gundogan has suggested that he would welcome Leicester City defender Caglar Soyuncu and Everton forward Cenk Tosun to Manchester City.
With the North-West outfit having failed to mount a challenge for the Premier League title, changes are expected during the next transfer window.
In an interview with Fanatik, Gundogan was quizzed over a Turkish player moving to the Etihad Stadium in the future, leading to the midfielder to speak about Soyuncu and Tosun.
The Germany international, who has Turkish parents, said: "In this season, Caglar Soyuncu had the best performance in the Premier League after Virgil Van Dijk. The first thing that comes to my mind about the Turkish player I want to see in Manchester City is Caglar.
"I can also count Cenk Tosun, he may be at this level in the coming periods. I think he also played well, suffering an unlucky injury."
Soyuncu, who has three years left on his contract, has been heavily linked with a move to a bigger club in one of the upcoming transfer windows.
Meanwhile, Tosun will be available later in 2020 after netting just 10 goals from 49 Premier League outings for Everton and Crystal Palace.
