Inter Milan president Massimo Moratti has denied speculation that the club are interested in re-signing Manchester City striker Mario Balotelli.
The Italian made the switch from the San Siro to the Etihad Stadium in the summer of 2010, but after causing frequent controversy has been linked with a move away from the Premier League champions.
The Serie A outfit were rumoured to be preparing a bid for the 22-year-old in the January transfer window, but Moratti has played down any chance of a move.
Speaking to the Gazzetta dello Sport at a conference in New York, Moratti said: "I really don't think that Balotelli will be coming back to Inter."
Balotelli cost City £24m in August 2010.
