Out-of-favour Manchester City keeper Joe Hart is reportedly being lined up for a loan move to Everton this month.
The 29-year-old, who has been with the Citizens for 10 years, was dropped by new manager Pep Guardiola for their Premier League opener against Sunderland at the weekend, with Wilfredo Caballero instead recalled between the sticks.
Guardiola is thought to be preparing a move for Barcelona stopper Claudio Bravo this month, prompting speculation that Hart's time in Manchester is approaching its end.
According to the Daily Mail, Guardiola's stance on Hart has alerted Everton, who are contemplating taking him on an initial loan deal with an option to buy.
The Toffees can only bring in two loan signings, however, and are also considering a move for Manchester United's Juan Mata, while Chelsea could offer Loic Remy or Asmir Begovic on loan as a makeweight in a deal for Romelu Lukaku.
During his time with City, Hart has made 266 top-flight appearances, winning the Premier League title twice, the League Cup twice and the FA Cup once.
