Napoli midfielder Jorginho is allegedly on the verge of signing for Manchester City.
The Italy international is close to securing a move to the Etihad Stadium in a deal worth around £46.5m, according to Sky Sports News.
However, several issues must be resolved before Jorginho can become a City player, including payment schedules, add-ons and the possibility of a pre-season friendly between the two clubs, the broadcaster claims.
Jorginho is a long-term City target and recent reports suggest that Sky Blues boss Pep Guardiola has reviewed potential alternative recruits - including Real Madrid's Toni Kroos - due to a lack of progress with the transfer.
The 26-year-old made 37 appearances for Napoli last season, scoring three goals, including one against City in the group stage of the Champions League.
