Italian champions Juventus have reportedly turned their attention to Manchester City striker Edin Dzeko.
The Old Lady are believed to be keen on bolstering their goalscoring options this summer as they prepare to begin the defence of their domestic title.
They have been linked with Robin van Persie, Luis Suarez and Mario Mandzukic. However, that trio now appear to be financially out of Juve's reach.
As a result, Juve's director of sport Bepe Marotta is keen to open up talks with City regarding the availability of their 26-year-old Bosnian international, according to The People.
The report has also claimed that the Black and Whites are willing to part with £16m to capture the former Wolfsburg frontman.
