Juventus are reportedly in advanced negotiations with the representatives of David Alaba over a move for the Bayern Munich defender at the end of the 2020-21 campaign.
Alaba remains a vital player for Bayern, but the 28-year-old's contract at the Allianz Arena is due to expire next June, and he has allegedly turned down the chance to pen a new deal.
Barcelona, Real Madrid and Manchester City have all been credited with an interest in the Austria international, who has been with the German champions since 2008.
However, according to Sportmediaset, Juve are in the driving seat for Alaba, with the Italian giants already in advanced talks with his entourage over a switch to Turin.
As it stands, the versatile defender would be able to sign a pre-contract with the Old Lady in January ahead of a move on a free transfer next summer.
The Austrian has won nine Bundesliga titles and two Champions League crowns at Bayern.
