Manchester City are reportedly preparing an offer for Daniel James after the Swansea City youngster caught the eye in the sides' recent FA Cup tie.
The 21-year-old played the full 90 minutes of this month's quarter-final clash, which the Swans came within 12 minutes of winning.
As well as playing a big part in Swansea's run to the latter stages of the FA Cup, particularly impressing in the fifth-round win over Brentford, James has also earned a call-up to the Wales senior side and marked his first start with the winner against Slovakia last weekend.
According to The Sun, Pep Guardiola is interested in adding the winger to his squad ahead of next season, and he could land him for a cut-price deal as his existing contract expires next summer.
James, who only made the breakthrough at the Liberty Stadium 13 months ago, saw a £10m move to Leeds United collapse in January.
