Manchester City have agreed a deal to sign Wolfsburg midfielder Kevin De Bruyne, according to reports.
The Belgian international has been heavily linked with a move to Manchester this summer, and reports have suggested that the two clubs have been in negotiations for weeks.
However, German publication Bild claims that a fee of £58.7m has finally been agreed, which would be just below the British record set last summer when Manchester United bought Angel di Maria.
This would take City's spending to around £150m, as they have already signed the likes of Raheem Sterling and Nicolas Otamendi.
