Manchester City have reportedly offered a trial to Asian Young Footballer of the Year Hideki Ishige.

The 18-year-old Japanese midfielder currently plays for J. League Division 1 side Shimizu S-Pulse.

The Premier League champions have now made their interest known to Shimizu by offering the teenager a temporary spell in England, according to talkSPORT.

Ishige made his professional debut for Shimizu earlier this year.
