Manchester City are reportedly aware that they will have to pay at least €50m (£46.37m) on Brescia midfielder Sandro Tonali.
The highly-regarded 19-year-old has contributed one goal and five assists during his first campaign in Serie A, form which has only increased interest in his signature.
According to Corriere dello Sport, Brescia have indicated that they are willing to cash in on the young Italian during the next transfer window.
However, conscious of a bidding war which may take place, it is claimed that the bottom-placed side have already set an asking price of €50m.
As well as Man City contemplating a bid, Paris Saint-Germain have also identified Tonali as a possible addition.
Clubs from Italy's top flight, including Inter Milan, have been credited with an interest in the past.
