Manchester City could reportedly decide to sell Raheem Sterling during this summer's transfer window if the England international refuses to sign a new contract.

The attacker was strongly linked with a move away from the Etihad Stadium last year, but he has been a key player for the Citizens in recent months.

Man City are said to be keen to enter into contract discussions with the 27-year-old, with his existing deal at the Etihad Stadium due to expire in June 2023.

However, according to The Times, the English champions are also open to selling the former Queens Park Rangers youngster if he does not pen an extension.

The report claims that Pep Guardiola's side would want upwards of £50m for the attacker, who would only have 12 months left on his current deal at the end of this season.

Sterling has scored 13 times and registered five assists in 32 appearances for Man City this season, including 10 goals and two assists in 22 outings in the Premier League.
