Manchester City loanee Marcos Lopes has suggested that he would be willing to stay with Lille beyond the end of the current season.
The 19-year-old is on a season-long loan deal with the French club, where he has made 19 appearances in all competitions so far.
Lopes revealed that he was not expecting to play such a big role for the Ligue 1 outfit and insists that regular first-team football will be a key factor in any decision he makes regarding his future.
"When I came to Lille I was hoping to get playing time, but this season has gone beyond my expectations," Lopes is quoted as saying by L'Equipe.
"I feel really good now. I feel more responsibility. This is important, because it means they believe in me.
"I have a contract with Manchester City. But I feel at home at LOSC and it is possible I will stay. What interests me is to be at a club where I can play. I have to make up my mind at the end of the season."
Lopes has made four cup appearances for City but is yet to make his Premier League bow for the club.
