Middlesbrough have signed Alex Tchuimeni-Nimely from Manchester City on a three-month loan deal.
The 20-year-old striker has made two senior appearances for the Blues and put pen to paper on a four-year deal in April 2010.
The forward has also represented England at under-20 level.
It is unlikely that he will feature in Boro's trip to Crystal Palace on Saturday.
