Spanish goalkeeper Miguel Angel Moya wants Manchester City striker Alvaro Negredo to join him at Atletico Madrid this summer.
Negredo, who moved to City from Sevilla last year, scored 23 times in all competitions last season, but struggled in the second half of his first campaign in England.
The Spaniard has been strongly linked with a return to La Liga and Moya has welcomed Atletico's reported interest.
"On a personal level, among all of them, I can say that [Negredo] is my preferred choice, the ideal one, especially because I know him. He's Spanish and I like him a lot," Moya told AS.
"But if we're talking about [Mario] Mandzukic, Jackson [Martinez] or [Romelu] Lukaku, they are also among the top 20 strikers in the world."
Moya joined Atletico from Getafe this summer.
