Wolfsburg have insisted that they are still yet to receive any offers for midfielder Kevin De Bruyne.
The Belgium international has been repeatedly linked with a move away this summer, and earlier this week it was claimed that City would be allowed to open talks with him if they agreed to pay in the region of £50m.
Bayern Munich are also thought to be keen on securing his signature, but Wolfsburg's managing director Klaus Allofs insists that the player is not looking for a move away from the club.
"We haven´t received an offer for Kevin De Bruyne," Allofs told reporters. "He didn't come to us and ask if we would agree to let him go."
The playmaker was named Bundesliga player of the year at the end of last season after scoring 10 goals and recording 20 assists to help Wolfsburg finish second.
