Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola will reportedly opt against signing a new goalkeeper this summer and instead show faith in Joe Hart.
The England international's number-one spot at the Etihad Stadium has been cast in doubt following a poor individual showing at Euro 2016.
Guardiola was said to be looking to bring in either Claudio Bravo or Marc-Andre ter Stegen from former club Barcelona, with the latter admitting that City was a possible destination for him.
The Sun reports that Hart has been given the nod to start the season in goal, however, and there will be no further goalkeeping arrivals.
It is claimed that the Citizens still have an interest in Geronimo Rulli, but the Argentine youngster will be sent straight back out on loan should he join from Real Sociedad.
Willy Caballero, who made just four Premier League appearances last season, will continue to provide back-up to Hart.
