Southampton have reportedly set their sights on Scott Sinclair ahead of the summer transfer window.
Sinclair has struggled to find his best form since moving to Manchester City from Swansea City in 2012, and he spent last season on loan at West Bromwich Albion.
A disappointing spell with the Baggies has not been enough to put off Southampton, who are rumoured to be considering making an offer for the winger.
According to the Daily Mail, the club are willing to pay £3m to secure his services as a return to City's first-team squad continues to look unlikely for the 25-year-old.
Any possible move may not take place until the future of Mauricio Pochettino is clearer.
