Manchester City defender Kolo Toure has revealed that he will leave the club at the end of the season because he is not wanted by the Premier League champions.
The 31-year-old, who has failed to keep a first-team spot under manager Roberto Mancini, has insisted that he would like to remain in the top flight of English football.
"My agent is working on that but at the moment I'm playing at City and doing everything I can do to help City win trophies, that's important," Toure told the Manchester Evening News.
"I have always liked the Premier League and I want to stay in the top leagues but time goes and if there is no chance I have to go where they want me. There's no chance of staying here but the Premier is my first option for sure."
Toure moved to City from Arsenal in 2009.
