Marc Wilmots has revealed that he has been asking Adnan Januzaj for the "exact opposite" of what he does with Manchester United.
The winger is on international duty with Belgium this week ahead of their Euro 2016 qualifier against Wales at the weekend.
The Belgian coach told reporters: "I saw the two games he played with Antonio Valencia behind him. Van Gaal asked him to stand close to the sidelines, I ask exactly the opposite, that he comes inside.
"I want him to come on to his left foot from the right to give that ball or shoot at goal."
Belgium also play Iceland in a friendly this evening.
