Manchester United head coach Ruben Amorim has confirmed his Red Devils XI for Thursday's Europa League quarter-final second leg against Lyon at Old Trafford.

Both managers have actually named unchanged teams from the first leg in France last week, which finished 2-2, with the last-eight tie therefore delicately poised ahead of the clash in Manchester.

There are four changes to the Man United team that took to the field against Newcastle United in the Premier League on Sunday, with Altay Bayindir, Victor Lindelof, Harry Amass and Joshua Zirkzee dropping out.

Andre Onana, as confirmed by Amorim during his press conference on Wednesday, is back between the sticks, while Harry Maguire, Patrick Dorgu, Casemiro and Rasmus Hojlund are also in the starting side.

Mason Mount and Kobbie Mainoo are among the options in reserve for the 20-time English champions, but there is not a centre-forward on the bench, with Zirkzee picking up a hamstring issue against Newcastle on Sunday.

Rayan Cherki scored the late equaliser against Man United in the first leg last week, and the talented attacker, who is being linked with a switch to Old Trafford, will be the main danger man for Lyon tonight.

Manchester United: Onana; Mazraoui, Maguire, Yoro; Dalot, Ugarte, Casemiro, Dorgu; Garnacho, Hojlund, Fernandes
Subs: Bayindir, Heaton, Amass, Kamason, Kukonki, Lindelof, Shaw, Eriksen, Mainoo, Moorhouse, Mount

Lyon: Perri; Maitland-Niles, Mata, Niakhate, Tagliafico; Tolisso, Akouokou, Veretout; Cherki, Mikautadze, Almada
Subs: Deschamps, Diarra, Lacazette, Fofana, Tessmann, Abner, Kumbedi, Omari, Matic, Caleta-Car body check tags ::
