Anthony Martial could reportedly be fit for Manchester United's trip to Liverpool this weekend despite pulling up with a hamstring issue on Tuesday night.
The 25-year-old was replaced in the latter stages of his team's 1-0 win at Burnley, having seemingly pulled his hamstring.
The Frenchman emerged as a huge doubt for the clash at Anfield in the immediate aftermath of the victory, but according to the Daily Mail, the injury is not as bad as first feared.
As a result, the report claims that Martial will be given 'as much time as possible' to prove his fitness, with United preparing to make a further assessment on Thursday morning.
The attacker has scored five times and registered seven assists in 21 appearances for Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's side during the 2020-21 campaign.
The Red Devils are currently top of the Premier League table, three points clear of second-placed Liverpool ahead of Sunday's clash between the bitter rivals.
