Manchester United have been handed a fitness boost after welcoming Michael Carrick and Antonio Valencia back to training.
The pair took part in a warm-weather session on Tuesday as part of the Red Devils' fitness camp in Dubai, aimed at getting them in peak condition for the remaining months of the campaign.
Carrick has been sidelined with a heart condition that has seen him miss the last four months, while Valencia has not featured since mid-December due to a hamstring problem.
Both men were pictured with their teammates in the Middle East, however, and could be in contention to face Stoke City when United return to action next Monday.
Central defender Eric Bailly remains a long-term absentee for Jose Mourinho's side, and striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic has been carrying a knock.
