Paul Pogba will reportedly miss Manchester United's meeting with Liverpool on October 20 as the midfielder continues to nurse a foot injury.
The Frenchman initially suffered the injury during United's 1-1 draw with Southampton prior to the September international break and was out for a month.
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer opted to use Pogba in games against Rochdale and Arsenal, with the 26-year-old playing 90 minutes in both games, aggravating the problem and missing the October international break as a result.
According to the Daily Mail, Pogba is set to miss the meeting with Jurgen Klopp's side at Old Trafford, with medical staff fearing that he may not return until November.
The midfielder was carrying an injury for the last time that United beat Liverpool - a 2-1 victory in March 2018.
Solskjaer also faces an anxious wait over the fitness of Anthony Martial, Luke Shaw, Jesse Lingard, Aaron Wan-Bissaka and Victor Lindelof ahead of the match.
