Defender Eric Bailly has claimed that Manchester United are currently only focused on beating Arsenal, rather than thinking about their position in the Premier League table.
With Manchester City having already been crowned champions, United are attempting to finish as runners-up to their neighbours and Jose Mourinho's team currently hold a three-point cushion and a game in hand over third-placed Liverpool.
However, Bailly has suggested that United have placed more attention on trying to defeat rivals Arsenal on Sunday afternoon, who find themselves in sixth position and out of contention for the top four.
The 24-year-old told the United Review: "We are always confident that we can win. We are Manchester United. We go into every game with the same mentality that we have to win. We want second place, that's the aim, but we cannot look beyond this game.
"We always want to fight. We fight against Arsenal and we know they are a big team with many quality players and that is our only focus now."
United require seven points from four games to guarantee second position.
