Manchester United defender Jonny Evans believes that his side's team spirit is the difference between winning league titles and coming up short.
The 25-year-old, who was part of last season's side that relinquished the Premier League trophy to rivals Manchester City, has insisted that he and his teammates spur each other on.
"We are Manchester United and we want to win trophies," the Irish Independent quotes Evans as saying. "If I am not getting picked in the team and the player in that position makes mistakes, we are not going to win leagues.
"We are not going to win trophies. From that point of view, we are all in it together and we need each other to be successful."
United are preparing to host Liverpool at Old Trafford this Sunday.
