Rio Ferdinand has described Manchester United's Old Trafford stadium as a "special place".
The Premier League champions will play their first home game of the new season on Monday evening when Chelsea visit.
The defender told the club's website: "You look forward to playing every time you step out at Old Trafford, it's a special place, we all appreciate playing there in front of our own fans and we try to put on a show.
"[Facing Chelsea is] not really one of my favourites, I wouldn't say. I wouldn't say we take any game more seriously or enjoy playing anyone more.
"You have got your close rivals in terms of Liverpool and Man City, those games are usually hyped up a little more than anyone else. So in terms of the feeling after winning, they are probably the biggest of the season."
United made a winning start to the season against Swansea City last weekend.
