Sir Alex Ferguson has claimed that Peter Crouch got away with several fouls as Manchester United were held 1-1 by Stoke City at the Britannia Stadium yesterday evening.
The England international rescued a point for Stoke, heading in just after the restart to cancel out Nani's first half opener.
After the match Ferguson admitted that Crouch caused his side numerous problems but was far from happy about the striker's conduct.
"He fouls all the time. He gets off with it because of his height but he jumps on top of defenders all the time," said the United manager.
"He has been doing that for a long time. Referees know that. Even with the goal he has maybe caught Phil Jones, but he is right above him.
"He is a handful in the air, there is no doubt about that."
Ferguson's remain top of the Premier League on goal difference from Manchester City.
