Darren Fletcher has revealed that he is "enjoying" his coaching spell with Manchester United's reserves.
The 27-year-old Scotland captain is currently sidelined with ulcerative collitis, a bowel condition.
Fletcher will not feature for the Red Devils again this season and as a result was offered a coaching role by manager Sir Alex Ferguson.
"I've been really enjoying the coaching," he told BBC Scotland's Sportscene.
"I'm passing on advice to these players and it also gets me out of the house and keeps me busy."
Fletcher last played for United back in November.
