Former Manchester United midfielder Quinton Fortune has said that Paul Pogba is currently short of the level of Lionel Messi, Cristiano Ronaldo and Neymar.
The attacking trio are widely regarded as the three best players in the world but Fortune feels that Pogba - who is the world's most expensive player - can earn the same recognition as the Barcelona and Real Madrid attackers.
The 39-year-old told NDTV: "Lionel Messi, Cristiano Ronaldo and Neymar - those three are on another level.
"It's great to see Paul Pogba on the [FIFA Player of the Year] shortlist and I'm sure one day he will be at that level too."
Pogba has scored four goals in 18 appearances for United since his £89m switch to Old Trafford.
