The Premier League's dubious goals panel has ruled that Manchester United striker Javier Hernandez did not score a hat-trick against Aston Villa earlier this month.
Hernandez came off the bench at Villa Park to help United recover from two goals down to take maximum points from the encounter.
However, the panel has decided that Hernandez's second strike of the match should be regarded as an own goal by Villa captain Ron Vlaar.
The ruling means that Hernandez has now scored four goals in the Premier League this season.
