Thierry Henry believes that compatriot Paul Pogba is "different" to any other player, amid rumours linking him to clubs across Europe.
Manchester City, Real Madrid and Chelsea are all said to be interested in signing Pogba, with Juventus holding out for a fee within the region of £70m.
Former France and Arsenal striker Henry admits that he does not know why Manchester United ever let the 22-year-old leave, after making just three appearances for the club.
Speaking to Goal, Henry said: "He was ready to play at the time he left Manchester United. I don't know what happened there, he was ready for me at that time.
"I saw him play in a World Cup with the France youth team and you could see already that he had something different from the other players."
Pogba has been with Juventus since 2012.
