Roy Keane has joined former Manchester United teammate Paul Scholes in condemning the "disgraceful" Ashley Young for diving in Tuesday's 1-0 Champions League win over CSKA Moscow.
The Red Devils winger tried and failed to win a penalty by going to ground under minimal contact from a CSKA defender at Old Trafford.
Scholes has already labelled Young - who has a history of similar incidents - as "embarrassing", and Keane believes that United's senior players must denounce his perceived theatrics.
"If he's a Manchester United player, I'm a Chinaman. It's absolutely disgraceful," he told ITV Sport. "The senior players need to get hold of him. That shouldn't be accepted at Manchester United.
"That's not leaving your leg in. That's different. It's the somersault he does, it's an absolute disgrace.
"Maybe once or twice can be seen as a mistake. But he's done it nine or 10 times and he's done it at his previous clubs."
Wayne Rooney scored the only goal of the game on 79 minutes.
