The agent of Jose Mourinho has revealed that his client has not yet made a firm decision over his next managerial position.

Mourinho is currently on the lookout for a new job after leaving Chelsea earlier this month and has been linked with both Manchester United and Real Madrid.

Well-known agent Jorge Mendes has said that despite a whole host of speculation, his client, who is currently on vacation in Brazil, has not yet been in contact with any club.

"Right now he's in Brazil, we'll see what happens when he gets back. At the moment we haven't been talking about England, Spain or Italy," Mendes told Sky Sports News. "He only needs to be calm and not worry about anything - he's the best manager in the world."

Real Madrid are believed to be confident of edging out Man United to secure a Bernabeu return for the Portuguese.

It has also been claimed that Mourinho could hold out for the England position, with Roy Hodgson's future due to be discussed after Euro 2016.
