Swansea City manager Garry Monk has said that his side defended "very well" as they beat Manchester United at the Liberty Stadium.
Ander Herrera gave United the lead, but goals from Ki Sung-yeung and Jonjo Shelvey gave the Welsh side an impressive win over Louis van Gaal's men.
Monk told BBC Sport: "Whenever you go a goal down it is against the plan but I thought we showed a good reaction. That's what we did, we got a goal back straight away and finished the half okay.
"We came out in the second half and had to withstand some pressure, understandable because Manchester United are a very good side. I thought we defended very well and I can only remember them having one shot on target in the second half."
Swansea next play Burnley next week.
