Michael Owen has said that the end of his latest injury nightmare is nearly in sight.
The Manchester United striker has been suffering from a thigh problem since November but has now resumed training.
"It's been a tough few months, seeing the lads running out one way to the pitches and me walking another to the gym," said the 32-year-old.
"The end is nearly in sight. I've just started training again so hopefully in a few weeks I'll be back and hopefully available for selection."
Owen has only featured in one game this campaign – United's 2-0 win at home to Otelul Galati.
