Chelsea striker Fernando Torres has revealed that he was happy with his own performance during the Blues' 0-0 draw away at Stoke City.
The £50m signing from Liverpool had a number of shots but was unable to breach Asmir Begovic's net at the Britannia Stadium.
"I was happy with my performance today. A striker always likes to score but it is not always possible," Torres told Sky Sports News.
"I am only 27-years-old and I haven't forgotten how to play and score. Last season was a season to forget for me but it is in the past."
The Spanish international has only scored one competitive goal for Chelsea since his arrival in January.
