Manchester United midfielder Anderson had to change shirts when he was introduced in the second period of the club's 1-0 defeat to Everton on Monday.
The 25-year-old entered the pitch with 85 minutes on the clock. However, his number eight shirt had the name 'Andesron' printed on the back.
The United staff realised the mistake soon after and a replacement shirt was quickly given to the Brazilian.
Anderson joined United from Porto in 2007.
