Manchester United striker Robin van Persie has revealed his excitement following the arrival of countryman Memphis Depay.
Van Persie, whose future at the club still remains unclear, knows United's new signing well, having played alongside him under Louis van Gaal for Holland and has suggested that it will be interesting to see how he develops at Old Trafford.
"Yeah, I am looking forward to it", Van Persie told the club's official website. "I have been working with him for the last year or so with Holland, so I know him quite well.
"I am excited for him. He has made a big move to Manchester United and it will be interesting to see how he will do, and how he will take on this challenge."
Depay scored 22 league goals last season to help PSV Eindhoven secure their 22nd Eredivisie title.
