Manchester United forward James Wilson is hopeful that he can come through this season unscathed as he bids to cement a place in the first team.
The 19-year-old made 17 competitive appearances for the Red Devils last season, and also contributed with two goals.
At the moment, Wilson and Wayne Rooney are the main strikers at manager Louis van Gaal's disposal following the departures of Robin van Persie and Radamel Falcao.
"I just need to keep training hard," Wilson told MUTV. "You hear everyone say it. If you want it really bad, you've got to train for it. You've just got to train hard, get fit and stay injury free really.
"For me, that's probably one of the big things because I've had little injuries here and there. I'd say staying fit is the big one for me."
United will begin their season against Tottenham Hotspur at Old Trafford this Saturday.
