Fulham vs. Chelsea (Sunday, 2.00pm)

Chelsea will hope to resurrect their faltering quest to qualify for the Champions League when they travel to play ninth-placed Fulham at Craven Cottage on Sunday in their 33rd Premier League game of the season.

The Cottagers lost 1-0 against Bournemouth on Monday and their tally of 48 points is six fewer than Chelsea, who are in sixth place following their disappointing 2-2 draw with Ipswich Town last Sunday.

We say: Fulham 2-1 Chelsea

Chelsea's struggles in the Premier League away from home are concerning, and they could find it difficult to create chances in the final third on Sunday.

Although Fulham have proven to be inconsistent, they have managed to secure positive results against some of the division's best, and they may close the gap to Chelsea by beating them at Craven Cottage.

Ipswich vs. Arsenal (Sunday, 2.00pm)

Fates could be sealed at both ends of the Premier League table at Portman Road on Sunday afternoon, where Ipswich Town and Arsenal bid to delay the inevitable for a little while longer.

Defeat could officially spell the end of the Gunners' title charge, while Kieran McKenna's men will be relegated to the Championship if they lose and results elsewhere go against them.

We say: Ipswich Town 1-3 Arsenal

Ipswich may be effectively down and out, but while it is mathematically possible for McKenna's side to pull off a great escape, the hosts should not hesitate to go gung-ho in search of goals.

However, such an approach will no doubt play into Arsenal's hands, and even a rotated Gunners side should be able to capitalise on their hosts' defensive vulnerabilities to delay Liverpool's coronation that little bit longer, while potentially condemning Ipswich to their fate.

Man Utd vs. Wolves (Sunday, 2.00pm)

On the back of one of the most iconic comebacks in the club's history, Manchester United will aim to maintain their momentum when they take on Wolverhampton Wanderers in the Premier League.

The hosts' stunning three-goal burst in six extra-time minutes secured their midweek comeback, while the visitors arrive brimming with confidence after four consecutive victories.

We say: Manchester United 1-2 Wolverhampton Wanderers

While Man Utd will be buoyed from their Europa League comeback, the visitors have impressive taken 13 points from their last five games, and we believe Wolves will continue that run with all three points on Sunday.

Leicester vs. Liverpool (Sunday, 4.30pm)

Liverpool's title party and Leicester City's relegation wake could both take place at the King Power Stadium when the two outfits collide in Sunday's Premier League showdown.

The Reds will be crowned champions this weekend if Ipswich Town can do them a massive favour, whereas the Foxes' demotion will be confirmed with anything other than a shock success.

We say: Leicester City 1-4 Liverpool

Liverpool have been conceding plenty of chances to the opposition of late, and Leicester snapping their horrendous scoreless sequence at home is not out of the question.

However, the Reds should bite back three or four times as hard to condemn their hosts to their second-tier fate, even if their title party will have to wait that little bit longer.
